One of the first food blogs I ever started following was Sprouted Kitchen. I love how well written the posts are and the photographs are so vivid and enticing. The husband and wife team that write and take photos for the blog recently came out with a great cookbook The Sprouted Kitchen. It has a very similar style to their blog and focuses on cooking with whole foods.
Recently, I made a gluten free version of the coconut loaf recipe in the cook. I switched out the recommend flour for Trader Joe’s gluten free flour and it still turned out really well. It was great for breakfast this morning and it almost tasted like I was sitting on a tropical beach sipping a pina colada!
